Hands-on art activities for all ages. Abu Dhabi Art also offers exclusive artist-led masterclasses available for both adults and teens (ages 13+). All art activities, workshops and masterclasses, take inspiration from work seen at Abu Dhabi Art.
Manarat Al Saadiyat and Al Ain Sites
Children’s Drop-in Studio
Children aged 3-5 years, accompanied by their favourite adult, can discover a variety of artistic mediums through self-led art activities. Junior Workshops
Juniors aged 6-12 years can deepen their understanding of a range of artistic themes, concepts and processes through instructor-led workshops inspired by exhibited artworks at Abu Dhabi Art. Wednesday 16 November | 5:00pm – 9:00pm (last entry 7pm) Thursday 17 November – Sunday 20 November | 2:00pm – 9:00pm (last entry 7pm) Location: Art Studio, Manarat Al Saadiyat Fees: AED 50 for 2 hours
Masterclasses (Adults and Teens)
Gain insight into an artist’s process, sources of inspiration, and working methods by joining a masterclass led by one of the participating artists at Abu Dhabi Art. Location: Art Studio, Manarat Al Saadiyat Fees: AED 100 (20% discount for university students)
Al Ain Workshops
Participants can deepen their understanding of a range of artistic themes, concepts and processes through instructor-led workshops inspired by Abu Dhabi Art programme artists and exhibitions in Al Ain. Manarat Al Saadiyat Tours
A guided tour with an accompanying exhibition linked art activity. Complimentary 45-minute educational and interactive guided tours of the Abu Dhabi Art fair and exhibitions led by a Visitor Experience Specialist. Available in either Arabic or English. Includes 'virtual pre-recorded' 3-5 minute art activity videos for the online tours or a live Art Activity for AED25 per student for the onsite Tours.
