EXHIBITORS


Each year participating exhibitors are selected by an internal committee at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, based on proposals submitted through the Abu Dhabi Art website. Some exhibitors are directly invited to participate by guest curators in curated sectors.

Sectors

 
Modern & Contemporary
Open to Modern and Contemporary galleries presenting a wide range of works by different artists. Participation is open for galleries who have an operating for at least 7 years and their booth offering should offer curatorial frameworks for each presentation.

Special Projects
Solo or two artist presentation by galleries alongside the other sectors or as a standalone. Participation is open for galleries who have been operating for at least 3 years.

Emerge
Artworks presented by the gallery must be under USD 3,000.

Bidaya
Emerging galleries operating less than 3 years are selected to participate at the fair for the first time.

Focus
Galleries in this sector are invited to participate with specific artists chosen by a guest curator.

kó is an art gallery based in Lagos, Nigeria that is dedicated to promoting modern and contemporary art. kó has a dual focus in championing Nigeria's leading artists from the modern period and celebrating emerging and established contemporary artists across Africa and Diaspora.

Mazzoleni

Mazzoleni was founded in Turin in 1986 by Giovanni and Anna Pia Mazzoleni, as a natural evolution of their private collection started in the 1950s. The historic Turin space, which occupies two floors of Palazzo Panizza, overlooking the city-centre Piazza Solferino, has since 2014 been flanked by the London gallery in the Mayfair art district.

Albareh Art Space

Albareh Art Space is one of the most reputable and established art galleries in Bahrain.
