COOKBOOK
CookBook is a special exhibition project created by Nicolas Bourriaud, founder of Radicants, founder of Montpellier Contemporain (MoCo) and co-founder of the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, and Andrea Petrini, culinary journalist, curator and creator of Gelinaz!. The project seeks to investigate the relationship between the visual arts and the culinary arts by exploring their mutual influence on each other. Bringing contemporary artists and chefs together, CookBook integrates their practices in the same space. The first iteration took place in 2013 at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Paris, juxtaposing historic artists with contemporary chefs.
